Quick definition

A DocPaq is…

…a single meeting's worth of content in tabbed sections — your agenda, principles, handouts, references, anything you'd open during the meeting. One per kind of group you run. Switch between them in the header.

Everything you need to run a meeting.

Nothing you don't.

Organize as DocPaqs

Group content into tabbed collections — a DocPaq for each kind of meeting you run. Switch between them in the header.

Rich editor

Tables, images, color, lists, checkboxes, headings, links, YouTube embeds. Format the way you think — and it autosaves as you go.

Present mode

A focused view for running meetings. Larger type, horizontal tab strip, arrow-key navigation. Hide the chrome, keep the timers.

Session + topic timers

Two countdown timers with a soft ding when they end. Custom presets per timer. Visible the whole time you're running the meeting.

Confidential notes

A per-DocPaq scratchpad. Optionally auto-shredded when the session timer ends or you sign out. What's said in group stays in group.

Works offline

Install on iPad, iPhone, or desktop. Edits keep working without wifi — they queue up locally and sync the moment you reconnect.

When the meeting starts.

Present mode hides the chrome and keeps your content (and the timers) front and center. Arrow keys move between tabs.

Ready when the meeting starts.

If you facilitate a support group or peer-led group, we'd love to get you set up.
